Practical Aspects of Special Needs Planning
Cynthia R. Cox graduated from Loyola Law School and has been a practicing attorney since 1991. Her practice is devoted to elder law and special needs, and encompasses estate planning, special needs trusts and public benefits planning, conservatorships and elder care issues. She has a passion for the disabled and disenfranchised, and is dedicated to the caring and professional practice of law. Cynthia is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, certified as a specialist by the National Elder Law Foundation, and has the distinction of being honored as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Southern California from 2010 through 2021. She is a frequent speaker on elder law and special needs issues, and is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School, where she teaches classes on elder law and special needs issues.
