A discussion on conservatorships in 2022, in light of some of the changes made or coming from AB1194. In this presentation, we’ll cover the steps to establishing and administering a conservatorship, discuss other significant changes from AB1194, and look at alternatives to conservatorships. We’ll also briefly look ahead at proposals encouraging less, or even more, California conservatorships.
