Kevin M. Tiber is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Farmers and Merchants Trust Company and Senior Vice President of Farmers & Merchants Bank. For Farmers and Merchants Trust Company, he is jointly responsible for the management of Trust Company activities, including administration, operations and information technology. He also is Chair of the Farmers and Merchants Trust Administrative Committee, a member of the Farmers and Merchants Executive Committee and a member of the Farmers and Merchants Investment Committee. For Farmers & Merchants Bank, Mr. Tiber is the Corporate Secretary, a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee, Allowance for Lease and Loan Loss Committee, and is Chairman of the Bank’s Profit Sharing Plan Governance Committee. Mr. Tiber is responsible for shareholder relations, capital markets activity concerning the Bank's common stock, business development, and a variety of administrative functions. Mr. Tiber works with many of the Bank and Trust Company's charitable, religious, and educational clients in the areas of investment management and finance including New Market Tax Credit and direct municipal bond financing transactions. He has been with the Farmers and Merchants organization since 1993.
He is active in the trust and banking industries and has served as a consultant to a variety of financial software and services companies.
His current community service includes Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orange County High School of the Arts Foundation, Chairman and President of the McDonald Family Foundation, Chairman of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Orange Endowment Investment Committee, a member of the Finance Committee of the Samueli Academy School, a member of the Mater Dei High School 2020 Executive Committee, a member of the St. Michaels Abbey Foundation, a former member of the Board of Directors of JSerra Catholic High School, a former member and past Chairman of Long Beach Memorial Medical Center Foundation, a former member of the Board of Directors of Aliso Viejo Girls Softball, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Environmental Nature Center, a former member of the Finance Committee of Corpus Christi Church in Aliso Viejo, and a former member of the General Plan Advisory Committee for the City of Aliso Viejo.
Mr. Tiber earned a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Fullerton, and resides in Aliso Viejo with his wife Elaine and has two daughters currently attending college (Boston College and the University of Southern California).
Ryan Eichenauer is a Vice President and Trust Officer with Farmers and Merchants Trust Company, joining in 2014. His career in banking and trust services began with Wells Fargo in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance from California State University Fullerton. Ryan specializes in Trust and Probate Administration and earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) in 2003.
Karin Finnegan is a Vice President and Trust Officer for Farmers and Merchants Trust Company (FMTC) having joined the company in 2005. Her career in banking and trust services began with Wells Fargo Bank in 1995. She is an alumna of CSULB where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History. Karin specializes in Trust and Probate Administration and earned her designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor in 2004.
Matthew Kimmel currently holds the title of Vice President, Trust Manager & Investment Officer, and is a member of the Trust Company’s Investment Committee. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal & Organization Communications from California State University, Long Beach. He attended the College for Financial Planning for his Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation and the Institute of Certified Bankers to obtain his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. Matthew is also a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School. Prior to joining the Trust Company, Mr. Kimmel began working in the securities industry in 2001 specializing in financial planning, portfolio management and wealth transfer strategies.
Matthew sits on the Board of Directors for the Saddleback Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Rancho Los Cerritos Foundation, as well as the Advisory Board of the Center for Investment and Wealth Management at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business.
